The end of February and beginning of March saw a few announcements for the restaurant industry in Greater Philadelphia. A BYOB in Collingswood has transitioned to a set menu after six years in operation, while a food hall in Brewerytown met its early spring deadline to open.
There are also a few newcomers to the city. The $25 million restaurant and entertainment venue Bankroll debuted near Rittenhouse Square, and a Baltimore hospitality group announced its plans to enter the Philadelphia market.
